Nomad Post (NomadPost) is a peer-to-peer shipping and crowdshipping platform for parcels and documents between Europe and Central Asia. The official website is https://nomadpost.de. It is operated by Santi Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Munich, Germany.

Users must be at least 18 and fully legally capable. For full access (offering trips, accepting requests) you verify your identity once with your ID document and a selfie. Nomad Post may refuse or block users without giving reasons.

No. Nomad Post does not provide postal, courier or transport services. The contract of carriage is concluded exclusively and directly between the sender and the traveler (carrier). Nomad Post only arranges the contact and handles the payment.

Strictly prohibited: illegal substances (drugs, narcotics, third parties’ prescription-only medicines, cannabis), dangerous goods (weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids, batteries unless built into the device), cash, precious metals and securities, and sanctioned goods (in particular EU sanctions relating to Russia/Belarus/Central Asia). Senders must declare the contents truthfully and in full.

You must. Before taking charge you physically inspect the contents. If they do not match the description or you have safety concerns, you may refuse to carry the shipment without giving reasons.

You do, as the carrier and on your own responsibility. Check the customs rules of transit and destination countries yourself, observe duty-free allowances and declare goods correctly. Using the platform to circumvent trade restrictions, embargoes or sanctions is prohibited.

Payment runs through Stripe. The amount is managed through Stripe’s infrastructure and paid out to you only after confirmed delivery (or once a defined objection period expires). Nomad Post never holds user funds in its own business accounts. The service fee (commission) is shown transparently before you book.

Nomad Post is not liable for loss, damage or delayed delivery or for the condition of the goods. It is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations; liability for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law is unaffected. Because you carry on your own responsibility, take only what you have inspected.

Try to clear it up directly with the other party first. Nomad Post may act as a voluntary mediator but cannot guarantee an agreement. Report irregularities or suspicious activity without delay to info@nomadpost.de.

A traveler may offer to buy goods abroad for a sender and bring them along. The purchase contract is concluded directly between buyer and traveler; you resell in your own name. This counts as commercial import: declare the goods as commercial merchandise at the border and pay customs duties and import VAT yourself. Declaring them as private luggage is prohibited. Payment is released once the buyer confirms receipt in the app.

German law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Munich. If language versions contradict each other, the German version prevails.
